Questions about your recent online order?

Maybe some of these FAQ's can help.
Q:  Have you received my order?
A:  Our ordering system is automated, and actually sends an initial order and an order confirmation for us to process.  We must verify that those orders match.  If there are any discrepancies, we will contact you immediately.
Q:  Are you able to access my financial information?
A:  No.  The transaction is processed using PayPal, and we are not able to see any of your personal financial information.
Q:  How long does it take to process my order?
A:  Your order is processed the same day that it is received.  Production time can take up to one week, and shipping time, depending on your location can take up to 5 days.  We ask that you allow two weeks for your order to arrive.  If your order is taking longer than 2 weeks, and you haven't heard from us, please feel free to contact us for more information. 
Q:  Can I pick up my order to save on shipping?
A:  Of course!  We can bring your order to a membership meeting where you can pick it up.
